There is no better way to improve our well-being than to get outside and enjoy the beautiful natural environment while learning some new strategies and skills.
The Learn Leadership Active Learning Sessions are all about using our outdoor spaces as learning environments, combining physical activity with professional/personal development. There will be a mix of light exercise to more adventurous activities to suit individual levels of fitness and sense of adventure, including walking, hiking, kayaking, yoga, meditation, swimming, bike riding and other activities as suggested, requested or offered by our wonderful outdoor community. Sessions will be kept to small groups, with personalised and/or individual sessions on request, and will range from short sessions to full day activities.
These active learning sessions are great opportunities to take the time to learn some new skills, get outside for some exercise, share experiences, meet new people and with the extra bonus of a professional/personal development session well and truely outside the classroom!
